Legal Memo for BDS Activists
Last week, the Sixth Annual Israeli Apartheid Week showed the growing strength of the BDS movement on campuses and in communities throughout the world and across North America, including the U.S.
Defenders of Israeli impunity are pushing back hard and confronting BDS campaigns.
The Free Palestine Subcommittee of the National Lawyers Guild prepared a legal memorandum for BDS activists, analyzing a federal statute and other laws that might affect BDS activists.
